I called the store in a panic as my cake lady dropped me a day before my sons birthday. i asked the owner of Merciful cake shop if she put something together for me in 4 hours. not only did she manage to make me an amazing cake with my sons chosen theme she delivered perfectly on time. the cake itself was delicious and fresh, i am forever grateful for making my sons birthday special and helping me at the last minute. excellent service.
